Vietnam lowers interest rate on investment loans, exports

The Ministry of Finance has just issued a new decree to lower interest rates on investment loans and exports.

As per the new decree, interest rate for export loans has been set at 8.7 percent instead of the earlier 9.3 percent per year on June 4. The new rate will be applicable from September 3.

Earlier, the Ministry had lowered the interest rate from 10.2 percent to 9.3 percent a year.
