Country’s leading retailer Saigon Co.op opens new supermarket

Country’ s leading retailer Saigon Union of Trading Cooperatives, known as Saigon Co.op, opened a new supermarket in Phuoc Dong industrial park, Go Dau district, Tay Ninh province last week to exploit province’s specialities.

That is the fifth Co.opmart supermarket in the southern province, taking the total number in the country to 102.
Co.opMart Phuoc Dong built over 1,800 square meters trades over 30,000 products comprising fresh food, processed food, cosmetics, fashion products and home appliances. Over 90 percent of goods at the supermarket are made in Vietnam.
Besides selling nine groups of subsidized products, Co.opMart Phuoc Dong will intensify exploitation of specialties from Go Dau and Tay Ninh.
