LPG price falls again

LPG companies said they have cut the retail price of cooking gas by VND28,000 for a bottle of 12 kilograms.

With effect from today a cylinder will cost around VND175,000.

It is for the third consecutive month that the price has declined and the cuts now total VND95,000.

It follows the decline in the global LPG price, which now stands at US$375 per ton, down by more than $100 from late October.

Some LPG companies forecast the price to be maintained in the world market until early next year.
