According to Management Department of Business Registration under Ministry of Planning and Investment, 10, 300 new enterprises were granted certificates in Vietnam with total registered capital of VND 81, 500 billion (around US$ 3.65 billion) in October alone, an increase of 28 percent compared to last month.
In the first ten months of this year, around 91, 700 new enterprises were established across the country with total registered capital of over 710, 000 billion (around US$ 31. 9 billion). The result showed that Vietnam has attracted more and more new domestic and foreign enterprises.
However, around 33, 100 enterprises halted their operations due to not being registered or completed procedures for dissolution; and 17, 500 firms registered for halting/terminating their business.
