Vegan food sees stable prices

In the last 3 days, the market has been walking into the peak period of selling vegetarian food on the 2014 Vu Lan – the Buddhist holiday. Compared to other previous years, vegetarian food has been more diversified and plentiful; the quality has been improved incessantly but the price is very competitive and stable.

Besides the famous brand Au Lac specializing in producing vegetarian food, there are many other brands such as Cau Tre, Vissan, S.G Food, Kim Chi… with many lines of vegetarian instant and frozen food. The consumers still choose the products of Au Lac the most, because of the unique flavor of its products. The products of Cau Tre are also famous of the quality and delicious and different taste.

Compared to last year, the price of vegetarian food is very stable, fluctuates from VND 15,000 to 45,000 per product depends on weight and type. Besides, fresh flowers and fruits have also been consumed quite strong but don’t have the phenomena of price increasing suddenly.
