That is only two grades lower than the highest ever level obtained in the third quarter of 2016.
Seventy percent respondents described positive business results in the last quarter, 64 percent indicated positive sentiment of business environment in the upcoming time.
European enterprises are optimistic about macroeconomic outlook in the next quarter with 57 percent saying it stable and improved, 34 percent thinking it unchanged and 10 percent predicting it to degrade.
Those indexes once again showed that European businesses and investors kept believing in the business environment in Vietnam, said chairman of European Business Association Nicolas Audier.
