First Co.opMart in District 2 opens

Saigon Union of Trading Co-operatives (Saigon Co.op) has opened its first supermarket in District 2 at The CBD Building on Dong Van Cong street.

This is the 32nd Co.opmart supermarket in HCMC and the 87th in the chain nationwide.

Saigon Co.op has invested VND 40 billion in this 4,000m2 facility, in which offering over 30,00 products including fresh and processed food, cosmetics, clothes and household appliances.

The branch is expected to help promote domestic businesses with price-stabilized products which 90 percent of those product are manufactured in the country
