Gasoline prices remain steady but oil prices increase

Businesses have kept gasoline prices unchanged and increased oil prices since 3 p.m. on January 4 as per requirements by the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Finance.

A liter of gasoline is priced VND18,243 while diesel hiked VND360 to VND15,529, kerosene went up VND495 to VND14,112. Mazut price surged VND235 to VND12,617 a kilogram.
The spending of the price subsidization fund has also changed, dropping to 0 dong from VND523 a liter of mineral gasoline and VND400 from VND417 a liter of diesel.
The fund use is unchanged to kerosene and increases to VND150 from VND80 a kilogram of mazut.
