Jointly organised by the HCM City Union of Business Associations (HUBA) and the HCM City chapter of the Vietnam Union of Friendship Organisations, the event aimed to introduce Vietnamese products to international markets, facilitate the operations of foreign business associations and help domestic enterprises seek trade opportunities.

A representative of the Canadian Business Association said Vietnam is one of Canada’s strategically important trade and investment partners, and with two-way trade reaching nearly 1.4 billion USD last year, the two countries are promoting cooperation in the fields of agriculture, education, information technology and the manufacture of wooden products.

At the event, representatives of HUBA will sign cooperative agreements with business associations from the US, Europe and Australia. A music gala will also be organised to ensure friendship among countries.
