Inl’t agro fair features Japanese hi-tech products in Can Tho

The Vietnam International Agriculture Fair 2015 which was hosted in the Mekong Delta city of Can Tho from December 2-6 attracted eight leading firms from the Japan Amusement Machinery Manufacturers Association (Jamma) with many hi-tech products.

The hi-tech products include automatic sowing machine and sprayers, and lawn mowers. Especially, they introduced a new type of rice milling machine for farm households in remote areas which is expected to be marketed by June next year.

Mr. Toru Matsuyama, Jamma's representative, said that was the first time the association’s members introduced their most advanced technical products in the Mekong Delta with the purpose of seeking partners to deliver the products to each household.

The fair was sponsored by the Japanese Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, he added.
