Laborers supported tickets to return hometown on Lunar New year

The Export Processing Zone and Industrial Zone Authority (HEPZA)  and the Communist Youth Union in Ho Chi Minh City said that it will liaise with related agencies and enterprises in the city to organize some programs to take care of laborers’ Lunar New Year (Tet holidays) which falls in February.

The program include supporting ticket fare or giving bus tickets to 10,000 laborers who are unable to afford tickets to return their hometown. In addition, enterprises will also give more than 23,000 gifts worth VND6.5 billion (US$304,695) to laborers and organize get-together activities in which the organizer will give lucky money and lucky draw to create happy atmosphere for their laborers on the occasion of the New Year.
