Over 29,000 new businesses established in HCMC this year

From early 2017 to September 15, 29,416 businesses have been established in HCMC with the total capital of VND389,903 billion ($17.16 million).

That was a year on year increase of 13.2 percent in the number of businesses and 83.8 percent in registered capital.

Registered capital per company reached VND13.3 billion, up 62.3 percent over the same period last year.
Representatives of district people’s committees said that in the last three months this year, they will continue mobilizing business households to transfer into businesses, popularize the Enterprise Law and relevant regulations for the households to clearly understand and set their minds at rest to transfer.
