Ron 92 gasoline price reduced VND862 a liter to VND16,504 while ethanol gasoline blend dropped VND805 to VND16,349 a liter from 3 p.m. yesterday.

Diesel price slid VND650 to VND12,835 liter, kerosene decreased VND738 to VND11,380 a liter, mazut slashed VND369 to VND10,666 a kilogram.
The Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry and Finance required businesses to keep the contribution level to the price subsidization fund unchanged at VND300 a liter.
The prices cut was following the world petrol price reduction for the last 15 days. A barrel of Ron 92, kerosene and diesel averaged $58.12, $57.19 and $57.74 respectively and a ton of mazut was priced $295.5.
