An international science workshop highlighting the development of economic zones will be held in Ha Long Bay, Quang Ninh on March 20.
About 350 delegates will participate in the event, including international experts from China, Singapore, the Republic of Korea, Japan, India and the US.
Topics discussed will be the development of business cluster, special economic zones and free economic zones throughout the world during the past 30 years.
The event will also include activities such as discussion between provincial leaders and representatives of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), province and city leaders and scientists on March 19. There will also be a cultural exchange on March 20, a survey of Van Don Special Economic Zone, Ha Long Bay and Yen Tu on March 22-23.
