Twenty eight foreign individuals have registered to buy 120,800 shares of Vietnam Airlines (VNA) in its Initial Public Offering (IPO) scheduled on November 14, reported the company and Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange.

So far, 1,608 investors including organizations and individuals have registered to attend in the IPO. They want to buy 49.3 million VNA shares, accounting for 101 percent of the offered volume.
Of them, 1,578 domestic individuals have planned to purchase 922,500 shares.
Two local organizations have registered to buy 48,322,900 shares. There has no foreign organization attending in the carrier’s IPO.
VNA plans to offer 49 million shares, equivalent to 3.48 percent of its chartered capital. Selling price is estimated at VND22,300 per share.
