Canh Ranh International Airport Services Joint Stock Company (CIAS) announced to close its shareholders’ list on May 28.

ASG holds CIAS’ 51 percent

It is aimed to increase Aviation Services Generation’s ownership rate up to 51 percent, not to implement other phases for buying.

ASG estimates to buy 2.5million shares, accounting for 25.6 percent of CIAS’ s chartered capital. After transaction, ASG will hold 4.9 million shares, equal to 51 percent and be able to become CIAS’ mother company.

In business operation, CIAS' s revenue reached VND 444billion in 2017, after-tax profit up to VND 48.6billion, and passing 37 percent of its plan.

In 2018, CIAS targets to reach revenue of up to VND 320billion with after-tax profit of up to VND 44.3billion
