ASM to buy shares of An Giang tourism Corp

Sao Mai Group Joint Stock Corporation (ASM) has approved plan to buy 272,632 shares of An Giang Tourism Corp, costing VND 62.7billion equal to VND 230,000 per share.

Earlier, ASM announced to sign MOU with Japanese group to build Power Manufactory (its capacity of 1MW) with investment capital of US$ 1.5million.

This year, ASM has set its revenue target of VND 1,010billion; net profit of VND 182billion and dividend payout at ratio at 5 to 10 percent.

Masan Group Corporation announced the payment of dividends at high ratios at its shareholders' meeting. In addition, Masan is planning to issue 12 million of shares for the foreign investment fund at a cost of VND 95,000 per share.
