HNX will organize to auction 1.4million of its first shares with price of VND 10,000 per share to Aquatic Forest & Transport Corp’s share on May 9.

After equitization, HNX will increase its chartered capital of VND 14.81million and the main business is still transportation.

Vietnam Gas Corp (GAS) will announce its shareholders’ list on May 14 with advanced cash dividend payout ratio at 22 percent of 3rd term of 2013 will be showed on June 4. GAS 2013’s dividend plan was 42 percent; GAS’s dividend payout ratio at 30 percent was in 2012.

Safoco Food Corp (SAF) will announce its shareholders’ list on May 24 and posting 1.09million shares as bonus to current shareholders with dividend payout ratio at 24 percent and 6 percent of 2013 dividend payout. It aimed to restructure its capital source; enhancing competitive capacity.

Vietnam Petrol GD (PGD) approved its business plan of 2014 with revenue target of VND 7,024billion; gross profit of VND 147billion, advanced cash dividend payout ratio at 20 percent.

PGD decided to sell its shares of VND 10,000 to current shareholders, aimed to increase its capital up VND 600billion. In 2013, PGD reached its revenue of VND 6,422billion, gross profit of VND 209billion.

Duc Long Gia Lai Group (DLG) approved its 2014 business plan with revenue of VND 1,115billion, gross profit of VND 91billion, dividend payout of 7 percent. DLG will also post 79.51 million shares for current shareholders with costing of VND 10,000 per share; 2013 dividend payout ratio at 6 percent and bonus ratio at 8 percent.

FIT Investment Corp (FIT) approved its 2014 business plan with revenue target of VND 253billion; gross profit of VND 78.8billion; dividend payout ratio at 15 percent. In 2013, FIT touched its revenue of VND 236.2billion, gross profit of VND 34.3billion, passed its target of 9.8 percent and 2.1 percent.

Song Da Transportation Work Corp (SKS) will pay its dividend of 2013 on July 30. Before, SKS planned for dividend payout on December 23, 2013, and then was moved to April 25.
