Dat Xanh Real Estate & Services Corp (DXG) has approved the investment cooperation project of Phuoc Long A Residence Area (District 9, HCMC) with Thuy Loi 4 Company & Thuy Loi 4B Real Estate Investment Company. The 74,140 meter square –project has total investment capital of VND 800 billion.

Ninh Hoa Sugar Corp (NHS) announced to set up NHSS Company Limited in Singapore. NHSS has its chartered capital of US$ 700,000, aiming to trade in sugarcane products with an annual output of 6,000 tons.

CMC Technology Group (CMG) announced its business plan for 2014 with net revenue of VND 2,880 billion; net profit of VND 118 billion; an increase of 265 percent, compared to last year. CMG has just confirmed to withdraw its investment capital at Bac Ha University. CMG has 200,000 shares at Bac Ha University.

An Pha Petroleum Group (ASP) will issue 14.67 million shares with cost of VND 10,000 per share for Saisan Corp and one individual in July, aiming to mobilize more capital to develop its civilian gas system and to carry out its business development project in industry and transportation services.

Vietnam I.D.I Investment & Development Corp (IDI) announced to pay dividends for 2013 at a ratio of 10 percent. The 1st quarter of 2014, IDI reached its revenue of VND 512.5 billion; gross profit of VND 9.4 billion.

Dong Phu Rubber Corp (DPR) announced its net profit of the first half 2014 at VND 91.4 billion; completed 36.7 percent of its target of 2014. DPR has approved to act as a guarantee for Dong Phu Rubber-Kratie Corp to loan from Saigon-Ha Noi Commercial Bank. DPR will pay dividends for 2013 at a ratio of 10 percent and buy more 2 million shares.

CMC Corp (CVT) will announce its shareholders’ list on July 25 and pay dividends for 2013 at a ratio of 18 percent on August 26. According to the business plan of 2014, CVT is expected to reach revenue of VND 700 billion; net profit of VND 42 billion; dividend payout ratio of 20 to 25 percent.

In the first half 2014, CVT reached its net revenue of VND 116.8 billion; gross profit of VND 5.4 billion.
