On June 26, ACB Growth Investment Fund (ASIAGF), a close public fund, will debut 24,008,000 fund certificates on the Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange. The debut price is set at VND10,000 a share with a trading band of plus minus 20 percent on first trading day.

On June 25, the Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange allowed Hung Vuong Corporation (HVG) to sell 1,260,320 treasury shares, or 2 percent stake.

From June 28 to July 25, Nguyen Thi Xuan Thao, IR officer of MIRAE Joint Stock Company (KMR), registered to sell 329,450 shares, reducing her ownership to 26,234 shares, or 0.08 percent stake, for personal need.

From June 29 to July 29, Ho Truc Lam, IR officer of Sacombank Securities Joint Stock Company (SBS), registered to sell all 5,220 shares for personal financial need.

Bui Thi Bich Lien, sister of Bui Phap, chairman of Duc Long Gia Lai Group Joint Stock Company (DLG), registered to sell all 194,768 shares from June 28 to July 27, or 0.55 percent stake, for personal need.

From June 27 to July 27, Luong Hoang Huy, a BOD member cum CEO assistant in Mekong Fisheries Joint Stock Company (AAM), registered to sell 12,000 shares, cutting his holdings to 50,920 shares, or 0.45 percent stake, to restructure his investment portfolio.

Nguyen Dinh Trac, vice chairman cum CEO of Duc Long Gia Lai Group Joint Stock Company (DLG), registered to buy 400,000 shares from June 27 to July 27, raising his ownership to 642,000 shares. Ho Minh Thanh, a BOD member of Duc Long Gia Lai Group Joint Stock Company (DLG), also registered to buy 400,000 shares during the same period. He currently holds no share.

Le Van Tan, deputy head of Sale Department, son of Le Van Tam, chairman of Lam Son Sugar Joint Stock Corporation (LSS), net bought 84,320 shares after selling no share out of 100,000 shares registered to sell from April 23 to June 22, and buying 84,320 shares out of 100,000 shares registered to buy during the same period due to financial problem. After the transactions, he holds 50,280 shares, or 0.1 percent stake.

On June 22, Ho Manh Hung, a member of Board of Supervisors of Development Investment Construction Joint Stock Corporation (DIG), net sold 10,000 shares after buying no share and selling 10,000 shares due to unfavorable market conditions. He currently holds 11,229 shares, or 0.008 percent stake.

Vietnam Maritime Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Maritime Bank), a major shareholder of Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank (MBB), bought 15,228,000 shares of MBB by June 19 to increase ownership ratio. After the share trading, Maritime Bank holds 94,114,630 shares or 9.411 percent stake.

Vietnam Rubber Finance Company, a major shareholder of Chuong Duong Corporation (CDC), sold 352,740 shares from June 18 to June 20, cutting its holdings to 680,000 shares or 4.5 percent stake, to restructure its investment portfolio.

Nguyen Manh Chien, deputy CEO of DIC Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company (DIC), net sold 22,000 shares after selling 22,000 shares and buying no share by Jun 19 due to unmatched prices. He holds no share of DIC now.

Vinalink International Freight Forwarders (VNL) announced that it had finished transferring all its $98,000 or 49 percent stake in Hapag-Lloyd Co., Ltd. (Vietnam) to Hapag-Lloyd Aktiengesellschaft.

Ho Chi Minh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (CII) announced that it had finished issuing 60,000 shares in its employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) by June 21, earning VND600 million.

Hanoi Stock Exchange gave permission to Sam Cuong Material Electric and Telecom Corporation (SMT) to float 165,937 additional shares issued to pay dividends to its current shareholders under the company’s annual general meeting of shareholders resolution on March 25, 2011.
