Viet Steel Trade and Production Company Ltd., whose director-general is Do Duy Thai, BOD member of Pomina Steel Corporation (POM), registered to buy 8,914,870 shares from July 4 to August 4, increasing holdings to 122,019,290 shares, to restructure its investment portfolio.

From July 3 to August 3, Phung Tuan Ha, CEO cum BOD member of Petro Vietnam General Services Corporation (PET), registered to buy 300,000 shares, raising his ownership to 723,560 shares.

Savimex Corporation (SAV) announced that it assigned Khong Kim Mai as head of BOS, replacing Nguyen Hoang Tuan, who resigned as of June 29.

Hung Vuong Corporation (HVG) sold 1,260,320 treasury shares from June 18 to 27.

SSIAM now holds 4,242,550 fund certificates or 8.49 percent stake, compared to 4,754,730 units or 9.51 percent stake earlier.
