Le Trung Hieu, father of Le Phu Cu, BOD member of Tien Giang Investment and Construction JSC (THG), registered to sell all 20,000 shares or 0.25 percent stake from September 13 to October 12 for personal financial need.

Doan Dinh Duy Khuong, BOD member cum deputy CEO of Hau Giang Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company (DHG), registered to sell 15,869 shares from September 13 to October 13 for family affairs. After the share sale, he will cut his holdings to 20,050 shares or 0.03 percent stake, from 35,919 units or 0.05 percent stake currently.

Bui Huu Loc, son of Bui Dinh Quy, BOD member of Hanoi Maritime Holding Company (MHC), registered to sell 500,000 shares from September 14 to October 14 to restructure his investment portfolio. After the share sale, he will reduce his ownership to 13,200 shares or 0.097 percent stake, from 513,200 shares or 3.786 percent stake currently.

Tran Tuan Nghiep, CEO of Huu Lien Asia Corporation (HLA) bought 192,440 shares out of 200,000 shares registered to buy from August 6 to September 6 to restructure his investment portfolio, raising his holdings to 1,776,840 shares or 5.16 percent stake from 1,584,400 units earlier.

Phuoc Hoa Rubber JSC (PHR) bought back 485,000 treasury shares out of 500,000 units registered to buy from July 9 to September 6 to stabilize its share prices. The firm currently has 2,809,953 treasury shares.

SSI Vision Fund (SSIVF), whose CEO is Le Thi Le Hang, vice chairman of National Seed JSC (NSC), sold all his 441,380 shares or 5.35 percent stake from August 8 to September 8 to restructure investment portfolio.

SSI Vision Fund, whose deputy CEO is Nguyen Thanh Tung, vice chairman of Southern Seed JSC (SSC), sold 581,210 shares out of 583,268 shares registered to sell from August 8 to September 8 due to unfavorable market movements. The fund currently holds 2,058 shares or 0.01 percent stake, compared to 583,268 shares or 3.94 percent stake earlier.

Tran Quoc Nguyen, brother of Tran Kim Thanh, a member of the Board of Directors of Thien Long Group Corporation (TLG), sold 11,700 shares out of 79,640 shares registered to sell from May 29 to July 29 for personal financial need, cutting his holdings to 17,980 shares. Earlier, Nguyen sold 49,960 shares from April 25 to May 10 without making announcement.

Nguyen Thi Lung, wife of Huynh Nguyen Trieu, Deputy CEO of Materials - Petroleum Joint Stock Company (COM), sold all her 88,810 shares or 0.63 percent stake as registered from August 13 to 24 for personal financial need.

Dinh Quang Chien, BOD member of Tu Liem Urban Development Joint Stock Company (NTL), bought 120,000 shares as registered from August 21 to September 7, raising his ownership to 2.32 million shares or 3.77 percent stake from 2.2 million units or 3.6 percent stake earlier.

Nguyen Thanh Loan, daughter of Nguyen Thanh Nghia, chairman of Dai Thien Loc Corporation (DTL), cut her holdings in the firm to 6,154,398 shares or 13.12 percent stake after selling 481,310 units or 1.026 percent stake by September 6.

Gemadept Corporation (GMD) has authorized Nguyen Minh Nguyet, head of its Accounting Department, as its investor relations officer from September 18, 2012.

 Toan Thinh Phat Investment Architecture Construction JSC, whose chairman is Huynh Phu Kiet, CEO of Saigon Thuong Tin Real Estate JSC (SCR), registered to sell 839,100 shares from September 12 to October 11 to restructure its investment portfolio.

Le Thi Minh Hoa, IR officer of Viet Tri Chemical JSC (HVT), registered to buy 5,000 shares from September 10 to October 8 for investment. Currently, she owns 1,257 shares or 0.02 percent stake.
