On September 17, TAICERA Ceramic JSC (TCR) officially traded 558,662 additional shares which were issued to pay dividends for the year 2011 to its current shareholders on the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange.

Hoang Huy Investment Services Joint Stock Company’s (HHS) 7,499,981 additional shares were officially available for trading on the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange from September 17. These shares were issued to pay dividends for the year 2011 to existing shareholders.

On September 17, 8.06 million shares converted from bonds of Saigon Machinery Spare Parts Joint Stock Company (SMA) officially traded on the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange.

Cotec Anpha Construction Technology JSC (CotecAnpha), whose chairman is Nguyen The Thanh, vice chairman of Cotec Investment and Land-House Development (CLG), registered to buy 500,000 shares from September 19 to October 19, increasing ownership to 2,602,070 shares, or 13.01 percent stake, for investment.

From September 19 to October 19, Pham Nghiem Minh Thao, sister of Pham Nghiem Xuan Bac, BOD member of Ho Chi Minh City Securities Corporation (HCM), registered to sell all 4,666 shares to restructure her investment portfolio.

Nguyen Van Hoa, deputy CEO of Domesco Medical Import-Export Joint Stock Corporation (DMC), registered to buy 100,000 shares from September 19 to October 19, raising his holdings to 215,210 shares, or 1.21 percent stake, for investment.

From September 20 to October 19, Pham Van Tuan, chairman of Techno-Agricultural Supply Joint Stock Company (TSC), registered to sell 9,000 shares to raise his ownership to 280,000 shares, or 3.36 percent stake.

Phan Trong Liem, BOS member of Tien Giang Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company (THG), failed to sell 5,700 shares registered to sell from August 1 to September 1 due to unmatched prices, keeping his holdings at 5,700 shares, or 0.07 percent stake.

Nguyen Trung Kien, son of Nguyen The Phiet, BOD member of Ha Viet Investment JSC, member of the Fund Representative Board of Manulife Progressive Fund (MAFPF1), registered to buy 320,300 fund certificates from September 19 to October 19, raising his ownership to 1,465,300 certificates, or 6.84 percent stake, to restructure his investment portfolio.

On September 6, Le Tu Minh, a major shareholder of MT Gas JSC (MTG), sold 2,365,000 shares, cutting his holdings to 1,442,500 shares, to restructure his investment portfolio.

Nguyen Thi Loan, daughter of Nguyen Thanh Nghia, chairman of Dai Thien Loc Corporation (DTL), sold 950,000 shares between August 29 and September 13, reducing her ownership to 5,685,708 shares, or 12.121 percent stake.

SSI Real Estate Investment Trust Corporation, a major shareholder of National Seed Joint Stock Company (NSC), bought 110,380 shares on September 14, increasing its holdings to 892,880 shares, or 10.81 percent stake.

Intereffekt Investment Funds N.V., a major shareholder of Vietnam Blue-chips Fund (VFMVF4), bought 816,890 shares, or 8.1293 percent stake, on September 12 for long-term investment.

Nguyen Khanh Hung, BOD member of Dat Xanh Real Estate Service and Construction Corporation (DXG), sold 18,760 shares out of 25,000 shares registered to sell from June 20 to July 19, cutting his ownership to 130,084 shares, or 0.4 percent stake.

Southern Seed Joint Stock Company (SSC) sold 41,010 treasury shares out of 52,980 units registered to sell from July 27 to September 12 due to unfavorable stock prices. The company currently has 12,950 treasury shares.

Beton 6 Corporation (BT6) announced that it had assigned Le Anh Thi as its CFO, replacing Vo Thanh Tri.
