Nui Nho Stone JSC (NNC) announced its business plan for the last quarter of this year with revenue of VND72.3 billion, and profit of VND18.7 billion. It also plans to buy 3.6 hectares of rubber trees, extend mining license, do research on non-baked brick production, and build a road to Tan Lap Quarry, and a road at the foot of Chau Thoi Mountain. In the first nine months of this year, NNC profits were VND77.4 billion, exceeding this year’s target by 3.5 percent.

Minh Phu Seafood Corporation (MPC) announced that it will change its subsidiary – Minh Phu-Hau Giang Seafood Processing Company – into a joint stock company and will increase its subsidiary charter capital to VND866.7 billion by making private placement 26.7 million new shares to foreign investors.

Seafood Joint Stock Company No.4 (TS4) announced that Vietnam National Seaproducts Corporation (Seaprodex) had increased its ownership ratio to 26.9 percent, or 43.47 million shares after buying 22.77 million additional shares. Before the transaction, Seaprodex held 18 percent stake of TS4.

PetroVietnam Gas Corporation (GAS) announced that it will close the list of shareholders on October 23 to pay dividends for second term of this year in cash at a ratio of 10 percent on November 15. In September, the company also paid dividends for the first term of this year in cash at a ratio of 10 percent. Thus, within two months, the company has spent VND3.79 trillion for dividend payment and completed this year’s dividend payout plan.

Song Da Transportation Construction JSC (SKS) announced that it will close the list of shareholders on October 16 to pay dividends for the year 2012 in cash at a ratio of 10 percent on December 23. The company’s first-six-month-accumulated-net profit reached VND4.5 billion, up more than 93 percent compared to the same period last year. This November, the company will hold an extraordinary general meeting to discuss on the merger into Song Da No.2 JSC (SD2).

NBB Investment Corporation (NBB) announced that it successfully sold 17.6 million shares out of 18 million shares issued, bringing in VND180.3 billion to add to its working capital.

Cotec Construction Joint Stock Company (CTD) announced that it won a contract to build Gain Lucky Plant in Phuoc Dong Industrial Zone, in Tay Ninh Province, at a cost of VND900 billion. The project covers an area of 310,000 square meters, is invested by Shenzhou International Group, and is expected to complete in eight and a half months.

Lam Dong Investment & Hydraulic Construction JSC (LHC) announced that it will close the list of shareholders on October 18 to advance dividends for the first term of this year in cash at a ratio of 25 percent on October 31. Of late, LHC continued to register to buy 150,000 shares of Lam Dong Minerals & Building Material Joint Stock Company (LBM) until November 5 to increase its ownership ratio to 55.16 percent stake, or 4.5 million shares.
