Viet Thai Electric Cable Corp (VTH) announced to issue 5 million shares for its first time on Ha Noi Stock Exchange on October 29, at a price of VND 13,500 per share. VTH has charter capital of VND 50billion.

Da Nang Air Service Corp (MAS) announced its third quarter’s financial result 2014 with net revenue of VND 52.4billion, up 20.4 percent compared to the same period last year; net profit of VND 8.3billion. The accumulation of nine months, MAS’s gross revenue reached VND 161billion; net profit of VND 25.3billion; an increase of 30 percent and 80 percent in turn compared to last year.

Cmistone Vietnam Corp (CMI) announced that its third quarter’s financial result 2014 with gross revenue earned VND 34billion; net profit of VND 8.9billion, a rise of 55.3 percent and 76.4 percent compared to the same period last year. The accumulation of nine months, its gross profit gained VND 86.8billion.

Kon Tum Sugar Corp (KTS) announced that Vietnam Debt Purchase & Sell Co.Ltd (DATC) has registered to sell 1.61million shares from October 27 to November 25, aiming to withdraw its capital. From October 6 to 15, DATC sold 369,100 shares out of 1.98million; a decrease 31.7 percent of its ownership, equivalent to 1.6million shares.

Binh Thanh Import-Export Production & Trade Corp (GIL) said its first nine month’s revenue reached VND 626.6billion, up 6 percent compared to the same period last year; gross profit of VND 48billion, an increase of 18 percent compared to last year and passed its yearly target.

The Northern Textile Corp (TET) announced to close its shareholders’ list on November 4 and advanced cash dividend payout ratio at 15 percent for the first period of 2014 on November 20. TET said third quarter’s 2014 TET profited over VND 10billion.

Trade Forwarding & Transportation Corp (VNL) approved the transfer of 1.3million shares Foreign Forwarding &Transportation Corp (VNT) at a price of VND 33,000 per share. It is estimated to earn VND 43.5billion. The investment value of VNL to VNT was VND 24.36billion.

Dinh Vu Investment & Port Development Corp (DVP) announced its first 9 months’ business result profited VND 172billion, up 11.5 percent compared to the same period last year; fulfilling 93 percent of its yearly target; EPS attained VND 4,302 per share.

Cat Loi Corp (CLC) announced to close its shareholders’ list on November 18 and advanced cash dividend payout ratio at 15 percent on December 16. CLC’s gross revenue reached VND 1,053billion; gross profit at VND 71billion, passed 9 percent its yearly profit of 2014.

Viglacera Tien Son Corp (VIT) announced its gross revenue reached VND 188.7billion at its third quarter’s financial result. Net profit was VND 10.5billion, up 13.6 percent and 52.2 percent compared to the same period last year.
