SHS increases chartered capital up VND 2trillion

The Saigon Hanoi Securities Co. (SHS)’s shareholders have approved the plan to issue shares aiming to increase its chartered capital up to VND 2,070 billion.

As per plan, SHS predicts to pay shareholders stock dividends at the ratio of 25 percent and issue more shares for current shareholders with a price of VND 12,000 per share.

SHS plans to expand ESOP share program with the ratio of 4.99 percent over chartered capital, costing VND 12,000 per share.

In 2018, SHS targets to reach revenue of VND 1,093billion with pre-tax profit of up to VND 460billion.
