Truong Thanh Wooden Group (TTF) was approved to post 36.5 million shares to ease loan debt.

Twenty five million shares will be available for partners and seven million will be available to banks. The rest of the shares will be exchanged. TTF had VND 2,570 billion in debts since the end of 2013. The company expects gain revenue of VND 1,700 billion, and profit of VND 60 billion.

TNG investment & Trade Corp (TNG) recently passed a plan to post 1.35 million shares from 2013 as 10 percent dividends. About 4.94 million shares will available to current shareholders and 740,372 shares will be available to laborers costing VND 10,000 on average.

In 2013, TNG gained net profit of VND 14 billion, reaching 50.2 percent of its plan. In 2014, TNG expects to reach revenue target of VND 1.4 trillion with a gross profit of VND 50 billion.

Lix Detergent Corp (LIX) revenue target for 2014 will be VND 1.6 trillion, an increase of 7 percent compared to last year, and a gross profit of VND 92 billion. LIX reached net profit of VND 68.8 billion in 2013 with dividend payout at 15 percent in cash.

Phuoc Hoa Rubber Corp (PHR) reached target revenue in the first quarter of 2014 with VND 3.7 trillion with a gross profit of VND 60.2 billion. The company is expected to reach their second quarter revenue target of VND 258 billion with advanced cash dividend payout ratio at 15 percent.

PXS reached their first quarter net revenue of VND 357billion, an increase of 2.8 times compared to the same period last year, and gross profit of VND 20.8 billion, four times the amount compared to the same period last year. The reason for this success is due to the decrease of loan profit.

Sao Ta Food Corp (FMC) announces its plan of 2014 with target revenue of VND 2.2 trillion, target net profit of VND 40 billion, and advanced dividend payout of minimum ratio at 15 percent.

FMC will increase its chartered capital to VND 200 billion and release 6.5 million shares to current shareholders of ratio at 2:1, costing of VND 15,000 per share and 500,000 priority shares with a one-year transfer.
