TTB, CCL issue shares in 2015

Tien Bo Group Joint Stock Company (TTB) announced to close its shareholder's list on June 10 and dividend payout ratio at 7 percent on July 30; 5 percent on October 8. At the same time, TTB introduced to sell 3.5 million shares to current shareholders with a cost of VND 10,000 per share

Cuu Long Petro Urban Development & Investment (CCL) approved to issue 1.25 million shares in 2015 , pay 2014's dividend at ratio of 5 percent. In 2014, CCL profited VND 2.2billion, completed 21.5 percent of its plan. This year, CCL targets to reach revenue of VND 85billion, net profit of VND 10.2 billion.

Vinacomex 21 (V21) has just issued 2.3 million shares with a cost of VND 10,000 per share to seven individuals in the second quarter or third quarter of 2015, aiming to conduct debt of around VND 23billion.
