VIP Infrastructure sells 6.3million CII shares

HCMC Investment Infrastructure Joint Stock Company (CII) announced, the Phillipines-based VIP Infrastructure Holdings Pte.Ltd has registered to sell 6.3 million shares of CII in one month starting October 30.

It aims to reduce its ownership rate from 4.17 percent to 2.14 percent, equal to 4 million of CII shares.

The Philippines-based VIP Infrastructure Holdings Pte.Ltd earlier sold 11.3 million shares of CII and earned VND 360billion. The Philippines firm is no longer a major shareholder of CII, the Vietnamese side announced.
