Taiwanese company invests $58 mil in Long An industrial zone

The People’s Committee in the Mekong Delta province of Long An on June 16 granted investment certificate to Taiwanese Yu Yuang Vietnam Textile Company who invests US$58 million in a textile and dying project in Phuc Long Industrial Zone.
Once being built, the project will provide 300 jobs to local residents.
Long An has made a lot efforts to create good and safe business environment to attract foreign investors, said Pham Van Ranh, the provincial People’s Committee deputy chairman.
Over 10 companies including Chinese and Taiwanese ones have come to invest in the province for the last few days.
