Taiwanese enterprises seek for Vietnamese partners

The Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA) on November 6 took a group of 48 Taiwanese enterprises to Ho Chi Minh City in search of Vietnamese partners.
 
The Taiwanese companies have met & exchanged as well as introduced their productions to Vietnamese enterprises including machines, automobile components, healthcare products, electronics and high-tech items.
 
This is also chance for Vietnamese enterprises to seek cooperation opportunities, diversify commodity sources and increase their competitiveness.
 
Taiwan (China) has so far invested US$28 billion in Vietnam and become one of the country’s largest foreign investors.
 
 
Bilateral trade between Vietnam and Taiwan (China) reached US$9.8 billion in 2013, an increase of 15.7 percent over the same period last year.
