Since January this year, the export value to China has suddenly rocketed 95.2 percent over the same period last year. It continuously hiked averaging US$1.5-2 million a month in the second quarter.

Chinese market has not given high requirements and consumed various types of tra fish products with many different prices, the association said.

Vietnam’s tra fish export to the country is forecast to continue growing 20-30 percent next year compared to this year.
