Fertilizer is in abundance as both domestic and imported supply are doing well, a good trend as fertilizer is increasingly needed in Vietnam’s growing agricultural economy and stable prices are becoming more imperative.

The price of chemical fertilizer remains unchanged despite increasing demand, says the Viet Nam Fertilizer Association.

The stable price is due to a ready supply from domestic factories of over 700,000 tons per year.

Plus, 1,000,000 tons of imported fertilizer has also made the supply more abundant than ever as experts have affirmed that there will be no shortage of chemical fertilizers this year.

The demand of chemical fertilizer is on the increase, especially in the Mekong Delta where farmers are in need of up to 1,000,000 tons of fertilizer for the upcoming crops, good news for the bustling industry, says the Viet Nam Fertilizer Association.
