The Vietkings has launched the journey to seek and promote Vietnamese specialties since 2011 to date, aiming to also introduce Vietnam’s images, cuisine value throughout the country’s 63 provinces and cities.

After five years with four journeys, the Vietkings has selected 250 Vietnamese dishes which based on the standards of using natural ingredients in cook; good for health and having clear origin.
From that, the Vietkings has just announced top 100 Vietnamese natural & food specialties in the period of 2011-2016. Of these, there are braised fish of Vu Dai village; Tam bi of Bac Lieu province; beef noodle of Nam Dinh province; goat of Ninh Binh province; noodle soup of My Tho city of Tien Giang province and broken rice of HCMC…
