Designer Minh Hanh, the event’s chief organizer, said most of collections would be created from Vietnamese fabrics and the Indian sari.
The annual event showcases works by young designers who win prizes in contests like Vietnam Fashion Star.
This year’s participants are expected to bring a range of styles, fresh perspectives, and collections that are both practical and aesthetic.
Miss Vietnam 2010 Ngoc Han will also present her designs and perform at the show.
More than 40 leading models will wear the clothes and accessories.
