British stand-up comedian performs in Hanoi, HCMC

British stand-up comedian Gina Yashere will give performances in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City on January 18 and 20 respectively.

Before becoming a comedian, Yashere worked as a lift maintenance technician and engineer.

The British-Nigerian comedian has received many accolades. As for the media, well the quotes say it all really, such as “One of the best comics in the world.” by The Guardian, “One of the top 10 rising talents.” By The Hollywood Reporter, “Quite simply... Brilliant.” By The Australian Stage, “Her observations are as sharp as shrapnel!” by The Evening Standard and more.

Stand-Up Comedy Show with Gina Yashere will take place at Standing Bar in Hanoi and at Game On Saigon in Ho Chi Minh City. Entrance is VND200, 000 and includes a free drink. Doors are at 8pm.
