The Ministry of Education and Training has launched a competition,   in coordination with the National Committee for Traffic Safety and Toyota Vietnam Fund, to promote traffic safety among both junior school students and teachers.

Children should wear helmet to protect them on motorbikes

The competition will be held in eight provinces, namely, the southern provinces of Long An, Ben Tre, Ca Mau, Ba Ria- Vung Tau; the northern provinces of Son La, Hoa Binh; the highland province of Kon Tum; and the central province of Quang Nam, from now until the end of the year.

To participate in this year’s competition, junior school teachers and students can make a short presentation on traffic safety which could include an essay, a poem, a song, an art performance or pictures, to propagate awareness of traffic safety.
