“Doll’s House” Program Expands to Other Provinces

Artist Tuong Van handed over a cuddly toy to the organizing board.

Social organizations of other provinces and cities in the country have contacted the organizing board for the extension of “Doll’s House” program to their localities. The organizing board will send 5,000 dolls to the central province of Gia Lai and work with Hau Giang and Kien Giang provinces to organize the Doll Festival and giving gifts to children in remote regions.

Support for the program continued to roll in from businesses and organizations on May 24 and 25.
Huy Hoang Garment and Construction Joint Stock Company donated VND10 million. Ms. Vu Thi Bich Loan, manager of Thao Loan Housing Construction and Investment Company gave VND20 million.

Nhi Hiep Traffic Construction Company supported with VND5 million. Kinh Do Corporation handed over 2,500 gifts; Dong Tam Nutrition Food Joint-Stock Company (Nutifood) donated 50 cases of milk cans.

Saigon Pure Water Private Factory (Sapuwa) will send 2,500 mineral water bottles to the Doll Festival which will be organized in Ho Chi Minh City Children’s House on June 1.

Nguyen Thuong Hien High School offered 87 cuddly toys. And elderly artist Tuong Van supported with his VND200, 000. Until May 25, the organizing board had collected more than VND460 million.
