Exhibition on Paris Peace Accords opens at War Remnants Museum

The War Remnants Museum in Ho Chi Minh City cooperated with the Center for National Archives II under the Department of State Records and Archives to organize an exhibition themed “The Paris Agreement on Vietnam – The Door to Peace” at the museum in district 3 on August 31.

The display features 120 photos and documents of the negotiations for the signing of the Paris Peace Accords, the implementation of the accords, the release of war prisoners, the fight to protect it for peace and reunification.
Highlghts of the exhibits are more than 600 pages of calssified documents which were designated secrect and top secret of the Republic of Vietnam and the United States. Many of these pages were classified as confidential or top confidential.
The exhibition runs until February 28, 2019.
