Flutist Andjela Bratic and artists of the Ho Chi Minh City Ballet Symphony Orchestra and Opera will give a performance at the municipal Opera House on March 9.

The classical concert and opera will introduce to music lovers masterpieces of Johann Strauss, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Giacomo Puccini in the first part with the participation of soprano Cho Hae Ryong and clarinetist Dao Nhat Quang.
The second part includes the Introduction, Theme & Variations for clarinet and orchestra in E flat Major by Gioachino Rossini, Piotr Tchaikovsky‘s Suite from ballet Nutcracker and performance by the HBSO Symphony Orchestra under conductor Nguyen Anh Son.
Flutist Andjela Bratic was born in Nis in 1980. She graduated from the Faculty of Music Arts in Belgraden and completed her master studies at the University “Johannes Gutenberg” (Hochschule für Musik) in Mainz.She was awarded the title of concert soloist.
She pursued professional advancement at courses held by eminent flautists and professors Irena Grafenauer, Janos Balint, Yossi Arnheim, Dejan Gavric and Ljubisa Jovanovic.
The flutist received a scholarship of the Austrian Ministry of Science and Culture, to attend a specialist course in Vienna held by Professor Dieter Flury, a soloist of the Vienna Philharmonics.
She is a permanent associate of the Symphony Orchestra in Nis. Andjela Bratic has been a lecturer at the Faculty of Arts in Nis since 2009.
