Foreign Publisher Buys Copyright of Vietnamese Comic Books

The Pearson Education Publishing House has bought the copyright of bilingual comic books created by Vietnamese children.

The comic trips, titled "Kids in Colour" produced by 174 primary school pupils who are studying at the British Council, comprises of 12 volumes enclosed with compact discs. Their contents are about Viet Nam's history, culture, daily life and pets.

Kim Dong Publisher and the British Council have donated all of proceeds from the sale of the copyright to the Fund for the Poor.
