Fruit festival opens in Suoi Tien Cultural Park.

The 2014 Southern Fruit Festival was opened at Suoi Tien Cultural Park in District 9, HCMC on June 1, with participation of domestic and international performance delegations from Korea, Laos, Cambodia, Malaysia and Indonesia.

In the recent nine years, the Southern Fruit Festival has become an annual summer cultural, tourism event of Ho Chi Minh City.
70 booths display more than 180 kinds of fruits like grapefruit, oranges, guava, durian, dragon fruit, mango, jackfruit and others in this year festival.
On this occasion, the visitors will be enjoyed many attractive activities like an exhibition with more than 300 kinds of fruits, fresh fruit and vegetables contest with participation of gardeners from 21 southern provinces.
