Hanoi hosts exhibition on Japanese culture

A Japanese history exhibition is currently on display at the Vietnam National Museum of History in Hanoi and will run until March 9.

There are 70 exhibits displaying Japanese ancient ceramics, ancient bronze, Buddhist sculptures and ritual objects, diplomatic history of Vietnam and Japan, pottery in the Edo Dynasty, and Samurai art.

The event is organized by the Vietnam National Museum of History and Kyushu National Museum. 

The first exhibition by the Vietnam National Museum of History and Kyushu National Museum was held in April-June 2013. The event introduced about 300 documents and objects related to the history between the two countries.  It attracted over 70,000 visitors.
