Food lovers in Hanoi have a chance to enjoy a special menu prepared by two-star Michelin chef Alain Dutournier at the Press Club’s French restaurant La Table du Chef in Hanoi from November 1-5.

The famous French Chef is offering his latest culinary creations featuring brand-new recipes of the season to Vietnamese gastronomers in the “Festival of flavors” in the capital.
French Michelin chef Alain Dutournier also had an exchange with students of KOTO vocational training center where street children living in difficult circumstances can learn cooking, serving skills, bartending; and more importantly, life skills like computers and English specialized for their jobs. The kitchen master shared his passion for cooking, and encourage KOTIO’s trainees to overcome obstacles and achieve their life's goals and passions.
Alain Dutournier was born in a culinary cradle of the southwest of France. He is among top ten leading contemporary chefs selected to introduce the highest standard of excellence in French cuisine.
