HCMC’s Cultural and Historical Sites Recognized as Relics

Ten cultural and historical sites in Ho Chi Minh City are ranked and recognized as cultural and historical relics by the City People’s Committee.

There are five pagodas and temples including Tu Van Pagoda in Phu Nhuan District, Hanh Phu Temple, Tuong Quang and Khanh An Pagodas in District 12, and Thien Quang Pagoda in Hoc Mon District.

The remainder include architectures such as founder Ta Duong Minh’s tomb in Thu Duc District, Phu Lac Temple in Binh Chanh District, Phu Long Pagoda in Phu Nhuan District, Van Thanh Pagoda and Binh Quoi Tay Temple in Binh Thanh District.

Construction, exploitation and all other alteration of the relics are strictly forbidden by the People’s Committee.
