Musician Hoang Giac passes away

Musician Hoang Giac passed away at the age of 94 at his home from illness in Hanoi on September 14.
Musician Hoang Giac was born in 1924 in Hanoi’s Tu Liem District. He is well-known for the song, Mo hoa (Flower dream) which was composed in 1945. The song is his first composition and regared as one of the all time favorite songs in the coyntry.
Musician Hoang Giac was a guitar teacher at National Pedagogy of Music & Painting College in Hanoi. The musician’s son is famous poet Hoang Nhuan Cam.
