A new school of arts named Institute of Contemporary Arts (ICA) was inaugurated in Hanoi on September 20.

The event marks the 25th establishment anniversary of Vietnam- Korea diplomatic ties (December 22, 1992- 2017).

The Institute of Contemporary Arts was supported by Berklee College of Music (the United States) and Seoul Pops Orchestra (South of Korea).

The main courses of the institute consists of music, theatre, dancing and design along with short and long term courses for colleges and universities.

In addition, flexible part-time courses and extracurricular classes on Saturday are also designed for learner of all ages.

Children over five years old and  parents are able to attend the courses.

Besides, pupils and students will be highly-professional trained by English along with the specialized courses.

Deputy Minister of Culture, Sport and Tourism Dang Thi Bich Lien hoped that there would be more high-quality educational institutions of arts in Vietnam.
