“Northern Lights” concert in city’s Southern Women’s Museum

A free concert titled “Northern Lights” performed by the Saigon Classical will take place at the Southern Women’s Museum in Ho Chi Minh City on August 6.

Northern cold and the music from there seem to always contain a strong attraction. And are we enchanted by that place – a place filled with music where we contemplate and reminisce about things? Withdraw from the world, loosen up, and then lose yourself to the melodies as if they are the soulmate in which you can confide.

Soprano Pham Khanh Ngoc, pianists Phong Lan, Nguyen Yen Nhi, Nguyen My Linh, Dang Tri Dung, Nguyen Lu Hiep and Dieu Tinh, tenor Le Viet Thu, violinist Pham Anh Thu, artist Tran Mai Hong and among will join the concert.

The artists will perform musical works by well-known composers, Franz Schubert,G. F. Händel, Woflgang Amadeus Mozart, Edvard Grieg, Fritz Kreisler,Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky,Johann Sebastian Bach, Frédéric Chopin.
