Oil Paintings on Display in Da Lat and HCMC

An exhibition displaying more than 50 oil finger paintings by Vo Trinh Bien is being held at the Sports and Cultural Center of Da Lat City from now until April 20.

Viewers were surprised to discover that the artist had not used a brush when creating the works, and expressed their admiration for the painter’s talent and creativity.

After creating his first finger painting three years ago, Vo Trinh Bien has produced over 500 works. It is his fourth exhibition.

Another display presenting 23 oil paintings by Hoang An will take place at the Tu Do Art Gallery at 53 Ho Tung Mau St, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City on April 15.

The display is jointly organized by the Center for Researching, Developing and Preserving Vietnamese culture in HCMC and Da Nang City’s Fine Arts Association. The exhibition will last until May 1.
