Over 900 books on President Ho Chi Minh's testament displayed in HCMC

An exhibition marking 50 years of implementing Uncle Ho’s Testament opened at the Academy of Politics Region II in HCMC on April 21, running until May 19.

The event presents to readers 923 books on the life and career of President Ho Chi Minh; and the great value of his thought and testament.
Deputy Director of the academy Phan Cong Khanh said that a good book likes a good teacher that can change the people’s life and a nation. Uncle Ho’s Testament has become a national legendary work over the past 50 years.
The exhibition which is part of activities in response to the Vietnam Book Day (April 21) also aims to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, the 70th anniversary of the Southern Party School - the precursor of Academy of Politics Region II.
On this occasion, the academy also organized traditional meeting of school staff members of the Southern Party School over the past periods and discussion on the 50-year implementation of President Ho Chi Minh’s testament.
